had a blast doing the Auckland half in '07
Thanks to everyone who supported me, i ended up being being one of the most successful fundraisers. (cheers guys)

running took a holiday from me for a bit last year,
got up to some other mischief for a while.

then for those who don't know i was a muppet and fell down some stairs; cracking my 5th metatarsil and spraining my ankle on boxing day, gotta love the sexy-beast-moon-boot and half leg tan-line.

anyway time has passed

physio said i'm all go to run on the not-so-broken/not-so-sprained foot again. (thanks KEN STUART of SELWYN VILLAGE PHYSIOTHERAPY)

so three days later i have signed up for 2 more half marathons!!!
The MORO Marathon in Dunedin (13/09/2009) and the ADIDAS Auckland Marathon (01/10/2009)

Im in Lincoln doing a bit of study and its darn cold getting out of bed early in the morning but the training schedule is sorted and ill be going hard.
