Please help me support education in Zambia!

Together with my school, we are working to improve the quality of education for our partner school in rural Zambia. Our school is Shimbezhi, aschool of 1100 students from Year 1 to Year 10. In an area where one in five people has HIV/AIDS and 70 per cent live in poverty, we think the children there have the right to a better future.

Working with the school, the teachers and the students, has been a life changing experience for me. I've always believed in education, it helped me get out of challenging situations in my life. My belief has been doubled now. To see the dedication of staff at Shimbezhi under such dire conditions is inspiring. To experience the hope, joy and motivation of the students is so moving. Ive been moved to make a bigger effort in my own classroom and to help continue to support Shimbezhis journey as they work to provide quality education for all their students.
