	Terms & Conditions ChildFund New Zealand Challenge By completing this registration form and accepting the following terms and conditions you agree to: 1. No refunds will be paid to your sponsors/supporters unless ChildFund New Zealand warrants the special circumstances as acceptable for not completing your chosen event agreed to and provides written acceptance of this circumstance (please refer to 6,7,8). 2. Acknowledge that by raising funds for ChildFund New Zealand, you are placing yourself in a position of substantial trust and that you have a moral and legal obligation to acquit the funds you raise and temporarily hold in trust for the charity accurately, honestly, responsibly and in a timely manner. 3. Acknowledge that the ChildFund Challenge is organised and promoted by ChildFund New Zealand and that the purpose of fundraising for your chosen event is to raise funds to help ChildFund New Zealand eradicate poverty for children in need, their families and their communities. 4. Participating in your chosen event is entirely at your own risk and will not hold ChildFund New Zealand responsible for any accident, injury, damage to, or loss of personal property during the event or in the preparation for it. 5. Understanding that your chosen event may involve sustained physical exercise and that you are responsible for your own fitness to take part in your chosen event, and have consulted a doctor about your participation if you have a medical condition likely to be affected by the above. 6. Abide by your chosen event rules and regulations which have been designed for your safety and consideration of others. • Age Limit: ChildFund Challenge will only accept participants in accordance with the age restrictions set by your chosen event. 7. Understanding that if you are no longer able to take part in your chosen fundraising event, you must inform ChildFund New Zealand immediately prior to the event. 8. In event of transfer or cancellation of your chosen fundraising event your sponsors may submit a letter in writing to ChildFund New Zealand, PO Box 105630, Auckland, 1143 requesting a refund of their donation. Refunds will be returned less the original merchant handling fees and a 5% handling fee. 9. Ensure that all your sponsors understand that their sponsorship donation is in support of your own or your team’s attempt at, rather than completion of your chosen fundraising event. 10. Agree that images and interview material taken at the event may be used by ChildFund New Zealand in future promotions. 11. Promoter: ChildFund New Zealand, PO Box 105630, Auckland, 1143.
