Global Schools Programme

You can support education in the developing world by sponsoring your school or colleague participating in the ChildFund Global Schools Programme.

When you think that girls and boys who go to primary school are half as likely to get HIV/AIDS as those who don’t and educating a girl dramatically reduces the chance she will die before age five, supporting this programme is the right thing to do.

Each teacher and school has a target of $15,000, which will go towards improving the QUALITY of education in developing nations, such as Zambia. An international drive on ‘Education for All’ has seen over 20 million out of school children put into the classroom over the past 3 years. Classrooms are now more crowded and the quality of learning has suffered. Without a well-trained teacher, children learn very little. We are focusing on improving the quality of teaching and learning for people affected by poverty. Your support will change lives now and for generations to come.
